Is there a warranty on my new scooter? Yes, each scooter includes a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. If you have a problem with your scooter, please visit: X-treme Scooters Support. Repairs and returns for defects are handled directly with the manufacturer, X-treme Scooters. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. Bubble Creek Scooters has no control over the manufacturer's product defect policies.
Are scooters street legal? Generally, no, but laws vary in different states and localities.  Please check your local laws before using your scooter on the streets.
Should I wear a helmet? Yes, please wear a helmet, and operate your scooter in a safe manner.
When will my sccooter arrive? Please see the shipping page.
Can I purchase replacement parts for my scooter? Yes, you can call us at the customer service number we email to you after you place your order. We will also be adding parts to our web site soon.
What is the return policy? You have 30 days to return unused scooters.  You are responsible for shipping the scooter back to us, and we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs.   Your refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the scooter.  Returns for defects must be handled through the manufacturer, X-treme Scooters, (see warranty support link above).
