Which items are not shipped the same day?	Since rings need to be sized, we need an extra day to get them ready for shipment. All other items are usually sent the same day if we receive your order by 6pm ET. If, for some reason we are unable to ship your order the same day, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
What is your return policy?	We will gladly accept returns for 30 days after purchase. Since we provide free overnight shipping on orders, there is a $25 re-stocking fee to cover our original shipping and handling costs. Your refund will be applied to the credit card you used for your purchase.
How do I return an item I purchased?	We want to make returns as easy as possible for you, so we have a simple process. When you receive your order, a packing list will be included with the merchandise. It will include an address for returning an item. Ship the item back to us (at your expense). As long as we recieve it, in new condition, within 30 days of the original shipment date, we will refund your total purchase price minus a $25 restocking fee (to cover our shipping and handling costs).
What if my ring doesn't fit?	If your ring doesn't fit, just send it back to us and we will re-size it at no charge, except for shipping.

What is Paypal?	PayPal is a credit card processing service. When you make a purchase from Bubble Creek Jewelry, your credit card will be processed by PayPal. Bubble Creek Jewelry never has access to your credit card information. When you receive your credit card statement, the description for your purchase will read "PAYPAL*BUBBLECREEK".
Who is Bubbble Creek Jewelry?	Bubble Creek Jewelry is a subsidiary of Bubble Creek Software, a web design and custom programming company. When your credit card is processed by PayPal, you will be sent an email with the details of your transaction. Bubble Creek Software will be named as the vendor, because all Bubble Creek businesses process funds through the parent company, Bubble Creek Software.
Will my jewelry be shipped in a nice box?	Yes, your items will be shipped in attractive display boxes just like you see at a brick and mortar store.
